Actually this is a great idea - just let gangs settle matters in their own way, as long as they are killing each other it's all for the best, there are less gangsters on the streets, less crime, less need for police, etc.

I actually support the idea of mutual combat. If two sober minded people agree to fight, to the death or otherwise, then there shouldn't be any laws to prohibit them. In fact it should be a right under the constitution. Having that avenue would make for a better, more polite society. And there wouldn't be so many fake tough guys.
