In the case of white ppl, historically Europe has been through constant switching up in rules unlike the most common ethnic cast system many Europeans can trace back to royal blood since once those individuals were taken out of power they had to marry into the masses

Royal individuals tend to be genetically superior as they are bred for that, sorta like eugenics peasants have no choice but to reproduce other mediocre partners

Where’s most ethnics are easier to control. They come from a lineage of lower caste especially the ones in the west today, there has been much less fall of power between elites in ethnic countries
