All good ethnic restaurants are owned by white people

I’ve had an interesting observation. All good ethnic restaurants (restaurants that make non white food) are owned by WHITES. Most times the food from ethnic owned restaurants gave me and my friends food poisoning whereas white owned restaurants did not. But what do you guys think?
