Most working class people in Latam can only acess low paying jobs, like uber drivers, street vendors... And while you have upper class latinos that migrate to Europe, most that migrate belong to the working/low classes, so your argument that their best are migrating is flawed, the best stay, because they have a luxury life they wouldn't have in the States and Europe.

Doctors, engineers, CEO's from Latam are mostly people born into the upper class that got their jobs from having conections and such.

Take Brazil, for example, public education here sucks. Poor people here mostly study in public schools of low quality, while rich people study in private schools where the quality is a thousand times better than public schools. When the rich kids graduate from high school, they have enough knowledge to pass in the exams for a public university (which are better than private ones on average), while poor kids don't have the same luxury, since their education sucks.

"What about private universities where anyone can enter, you just need to pay them?" Well, they are expansive, so the poor people here lose in both sides: they don't have the knowledge to get into a public university and they don't have the money to pay a private one.

And again: you're only talking about patriotism, nationalism because you live a confortable life in a rich country.
