I got lucky in comparison to others, it's hardly noticeable but it's just the sensation. feels like an itchy sunburn.

I was able to get rid of it permanently by going to the gym and eating more protein, that’s it
For the hair for a couple of months alternate between Mellis med and a more gentle shampoo (normal pH) and you’ll be fine
It’s hormonal so do a blood work

Head & Shoulders let it sit for 1-3 minutes every day in the morning
Oral isotretinoin if it doesn't improve in 1 month

Very interesting. Thanks. Any source on the hormonal involvement?

it might be correlated with hyperthyroidism, so very high test that make the skin very oily.
Probably by going to the gym I was able to solve this imbalance and have a normal level of testosterone idk
But it’s still high af after my blood work

I swear I saw someone say hypothyroidism somewhere as well. Seems theres a lot of different opinions. I never get oily skin now though since I did accutane 3 years ago. Thanks for your input.

Coconut oil + aloe vera mix in wet hair after washing with keto shampoo, leave it in.

Electric scalp massager every day to clean your scalp of dead skin.

Diet change helped me the most, practically gone. Animal products and fruit only.

Cicaplast cream is good too for dry patches on face.
