Just ate like 4000 calories and so much sodium, I'm going to be so bloated tomorrow I don't even want to look at the scale. @badg96

It was a relative's birthday and there were a shit ton of sweets and being the fatass I am I couldn't help myself :feelsrope:

Probably water retention bloat because of the sodium, not actual fat gain, because it's impossible to lose an entire 3 month progress in just one night even if you extremely overeat. Most likely you gained like a pound in fat, nothing more than that. What you need to do right now is to drink a fuck ton of water to piss out all the retained water and get rid of the bloat.

Very easily I dunno why faggots think 5k calories is hard to consume. Eat cake and custard that’s 1.5k there, eat kfc meal that’s 1.5-2k drink a milkshake that’s 800 calories and then eat 10 inch pizza and that’s 1.5k

There 4K easily consumed and that’s barely enough to keep you full lmfao


He can lose the bloat easily again. I always fast 2 days before seeing a new girl to remove any excess sodium and carbs from my body so I live off chicken thighs until I see them. My face slims down a bit and girls like me better.
Granted I’m like 22-24% body fat (yeah I’m fat but losing weight is hard when you are addicted to food)
