In bodily aesthetics, I'd say an average man has more potential to reach a high level of this compared to the average woman, but a woman is more likely to either "have it or not" for genetic reasons. This is of course because female bodily aesthetics is highly dependent on a bone structure and fat distribution pattern that creates an hourglass figure, round buttocks and prominent breasts. There's no amount of gymming that can fix these things for a woman, as opposed to the man who can become far more aesthetic by building muscle.
