All methods to straighten lower eyelids (Surgical retraction/Orbicularis/Malaris/...) ?

So I'm trying to give myself straighter eyelids to the max, instead with surgical procedure, or with softmaxxes, so far methods I have to do so, are:

- Lower eyelid retraction surgery

- Orbicularis muscle stimulation for hypertrophy (Squinching)

- Malaris muscle stimulation (Contracting/EMS,)



Other methods you know?
