1 - nothingness: since the human conscience may be the product of the brain then when the brain dies so dies the conscience, its a simple and elegant reasoning with great evidence backing up
2 - reeincarnation: if you came to be out of nothing one time, then it may happen another time and so on
3 - eternal return: if time is infinite then the conditions that led to your birth will necessairly happen again and again eternally, so you should live the same life forever
4 - quantum immortality: this theory states that everytime you take a decision, the universe splits itself. So if you die, your conscience will simply be shifted to an alternate reality in which you are alive cause you took the right decisions to avoid death(or simply didnt die). This theory relies on the multiverse theory which is not empirically proved and may not even be provable after all
these are the most likely scenarios for what might happen to you after u die
tbh none of them is ideal except for nothingness
in front of such possibilites I would rather not exist at all
