Whereas bullying and how other people humilated you and debased you would've consumed your life. Imagine you have barely any friends, not much going on in your life or maybe there are just bullies wherever you go and people bully you all the time. And the trauma builds up as your self esteem collapses.

It only makes sense that being a target of abuse and mockery becomes your whole identity. Ofc you're going to fall off and let them live in your head rent free while they move on.

Yeah being bullied during childhood and having childhood trauma severely affects you becoming NT later in life. There is simply too much negative reinforcement. You have to ascend your looks to Ltn minimum so you can learn to socialise.
