all my parents do is shout at me for absolutely no reason

i was eating breakfast with my family and my mom kept puting food on my plate, i told her i am full and i dont need this much food and she started arguing and shouting at me

my dad also keeps mocking me about how i woke up at 9am (its a sunday) and how my eyes look like they are closing and how i always look sleepy (i have mild upper eyelid exposure)

I got shit on by my parents tons in my teens and early-mid 20s... I know it is horrible. No idea why parents bully their own fucking kids and damage their mental health and well-being, easy defenseless targets. Did any of their meanness ever help me? Of course not.. just made me more depressed and less motivated to do things. Whenever I felt like roping, it just got 1000x worse from the abuse lol.
