An early 2010s MacBook

And a 10 year old Xbox that struggles to run games at over 20fps

I need to invest in some new technology

Don't buy a $50 android that's what I did and it very quickly started playing up not making calls, going white screen when a call came so I had no idea who it was. I just replaced it with a $120 android and it's going well so far.

Brutal. My old iPhone crashed in 2025 and lost many of my pics. Got a Samsung galaxy 25+ now and it's much easier to file transfer than iphones, so I back it up every week or so in my 2tb hdd. If the phone dies today I'll hardly lose anything.

My laptop is a 2019 model which still works for my use, and everything on that is also backed up to the external drive. I've got a 2tb hdd and an ssd. So right now I've got a mix of crappy and better tech

Iphones are too restrictive. Learned that after having them and then switching to Samsung. Even Samsung isn't perfect but I much prefer it
