Bimax - NHS, £200 fee for braces.
SARPE - NHS, free.
Time: 2 YEARS (top kek). I'd be 25/26 by the time I'm done with it, absolutely over.
Rhinoplasty - 10k
Infraorbital implants and canthoplasty - 15k
Chinwing Osteotomy - 20-25k
upper lip lift - 3k
Custom 3D printed malar wrap-around implants to fix asymmetry in upper midface - 10k+

All this just to be MTN, and probably look uncanny. Looksmaxxing is a scam if sub-5. No cure for long midface and NCT.

yes. they even said "can you touch your tongue with the roof of your mouth?" cus im so receded they thought i had a tongue tie.

they also asked me about aesthetic complaints, but i was too high inhib to go on about other shit like my nose/chin, top kek.

you need to be genuinely deformed. if you have underbite at all, then that is enough. not sure on the specifics needed for overbite. just ask an NHS dentist about jaw surgery and see what they say

no i can, they just thought because i was so recessed and downgrown that i mustve had a tongue tie kek

Could you elaborate on this? I have asymmetric maxilla too and am interested in implants to fix it
