chances are if u sleep 10 hours to feel awake, are sluggish during the day, cant seem to lose weight fast. You like to sit and fap, dopamine is low etc.


you either fap too much and/or you are thyroid deficient. go on a thyroxine supplement for one week and feel the difference. If nothing happened you can get off it no harm done but usually youll feel much better on thyroid because modern diets are retarded and first problem that comes is hypothyroidism

If I’m on a good diet and supplement Iodine would u still recommend thyroxine?

No high saturated fat( coconut oil) selenium salt and iodine should be enough if under 30
