All self love is narcissism

I don't get how people just love themselves so easily, I fucking hate people who love themselves, I hate everyone in general, including myself family and friends. Why cant people just start hating themselves but just don't beg for attention.

Before losing 36kg I always hated myself. After losing 36kg I still fucking hate myself and everyone else. Even though I definitely look better than before I will not love myself nor ever will.
