For me it's weird. It looks like my face has been stretched. Like jaw is kinda recessed and my eyes are deep into my skull (without any skin to hide the eyelids like Casey nistat) yet my lips are forwards like Vladimir Putin and my nose is fucking massive and my overall midface is just forward grown and puffy.

I also got fully 3d skull scans and my whole skull is seemingly crooked to the right side causing breathing problems and I also don't seem to have any growth of the chin, there's nothing protruding out of my jawbone, where the chin should usually be
