warning do this at your own risk
zygo pushing
use your thumbs and place them under the green parts you will feel the hole then start pushing with minimal force.
This improves zygos which give you ogee curve.
Thumbpulling
Use your thumbs and put them on the arrows and start pulling with force so this in the 5 times a day and make sure every time you do you space it out for atleast an hour and do it for 2-3 minutes every time

Bonesmashing
Bonesmash cheekbones for 10 minutes every 3 days for beginners don’t go too hard the first time but as your bone gets stronger you can start to hit harder. Hit the yellow parts
Chin
Bonesmash the chin you can go harder on this one but still don’t go super hard if you’re a beginner do this every 2 day for 15 minutes
hit the purple line for chin projection
hit the green one for height
hit the blue one’s for width

masseter training
Chew hard gum for a few hours a day. You could also roll the gum into a circle and flatten around your palate
Towel method
Get a towel fold it 4 times or until it’s tough to chew and do that for 10 minutes starting off and gradually increase the time as it gets easier for you do the goal is 1 hour make sure to massage your masseters for 10 minutes after this to not get tmj.
