If you want to stop suffering just change your mindset legit. Did the girl of your dreams reject you? Just stop wanting her.

Are you poor? Just stop wanting material things.

Are you ugly? Just stop wanting to be hot.

Honestly it’s so hilarious people on here make themselves suffer unnecessarily.

Suffering is only caused by ignorance and desire.
