agree cuz creatine isnt something u can easily get from food except maybe d3 rest r cope if ur diet is good

ever heard of food
Jfl at thinking you can take in all the micronutrients just from muh “real food” sure I eat a mostly meat-based diet but I have a multivitamin, d3 + k2 capsules, boron, zinc etc on hand just in case

I heard that canowes work wonders but it's difficult to find due to it not existing
