Its because for the most part its all connected. Many features are created by a combination of many factors. Have a t1 maxilla and you are set.. but if your zygos aren't high set enough you have lower set infras like delon.. and if your upper maxilla isnt good enough you get non projected infras like sean even with optimal zygos..
To have all the key moving parts working in harmony is so improbable no one has it..
But just one of those things create so many great features.. whilst no one has it all. Its really is a if it rain it pours situation.
