Why what happened?

For almost all of highschool i had horrible insomnia and would be up for 4 - 5 days at a time, get minimal sleep and then do it all over again, on top of that eating maybe like 500 calories a day, genuinely nuked everything in my brain, plus ive had multiple concussions and head injuries
