These are all good results. Many people don't have an eye for aesthetics, they just think someone who doesn't look like a male model is trash. If you give an ugly person an implant, usually they're going to still be fairly ugly, even if they've had a significant improvement.

Honestly, most of these guys are just ugly-to-ugly transformations. It doesn't say a lot about Eppley's skill as a surgeon, only that he doesn't have the marketing sense to promote his best results (unless 100% of the people who go to his clinic are ugly for some reason).
