It doesn't sound entirely peaceful. They pro and anti Russia protestors were using guns and shooting and killing each other. Some one through a hand grenade as well.
I misread, and it wasn't the government that committed these crimes it was the pro Urkrain protestors and anti Urkrain protestors. Not all protestors and murderers get caught. There were tons of killings in my country last year during the protests, that never got solved by the police. We don't always know who is guilty.
Just because Russia is reading names doesn't mean they know either. And invading a country just to investigate a crime committed by some protestors in a clash between protest groups in insane. Russia is causing way more deaths.

I'm not surprised. The U.S. will never do a direct war with Russia and Russia knows it. All we will ever do is "increase sanctions".
