I would still classify you as ''Black'' even though you have ~20% East African/Cushitic admixture. This probably why your hair is 3C tight-curly/soft & why your nose is narrow. You most likely got this admixture from South Cushites who traveled to Southern Africa from Ethiopia ~2,000 years ago. Yeah, you're right though black is a more cultural or social term than genetic and is very fluid dependent on location and time period. I would consider most people from SSA black including horn Africans though I know there's a significant genetic difference.

Nilo-Cushites like Masaais are around ~50% Cushitic & ~50% Nilotic their West Eurasian admixture is ~20%. Horn Africans (Somalis & Ethiopians) around ~70-90% Cushitic & ~30-55% West Eurasian admixed.

Yeah, there are a good number through most of Eastern Africa, most Nilotic groups there also have Cushitic admixture (Nilo-hamitic), even some bantu groups have significant Cushitic admixture

Bantus absorbed thousands of ethnic groups (African Pygmies, Khoisans, Cushites, & Nilotes) during their agricultural revolution due to iron technology ~3,000-2,000 years ago. Most Bantus are Uganda have Southern Nilotic admixture, Bantus in Central Africa have African Pygmy/Mbuti admixture. Azandes (another West-Central African group) have South Sudanese Nilotic admixture. Bantus in Southern Africa have Khoisan admixture (These Bantus have a chinky-eyed look). Bantus in Southeast Africa (Kenya/Tanzania) may have Cushitic/Nilo-Cushitic admixture. These guys absorbed thousands due to their agricultural/farming techniques.
