Allergic shiners experience

My infras aren’t abnormally recessed but I have a constant purple/blue under eye tint that looks like a mild black eye. Does anyone have experiences with reducing this? My thought was allergic rhinitis, and I’m starting Flonase.

Did Flonase help? I had always assumed that my dark circles were due to infra orbital recession, but I completely disregarded the fact that I have asthma, eczema, and allergies and have not treated them my whole life. I could be coping, but I don’t think that recessed orbitals would cause the bruising that I have. Is this somewhat similar to what you have or had?
