So basically I have an annoying allergy to Dustmites and I take a bunch of nasal sprays but they help minimally are there any more alternatives I can do to fully mitigate my allergy.

I have allergies with my nose and it caused my nose to become huge, brutal stuff.

yep, i've had some kind of rhinitis (chronic runny nose) since i was 13, it made my nose big.
holy shet, maybe i have the same problem

“Allergies” are simply the by products of your body trying to detoxify the plant toxins your stupid ass ate.

Stop eating them and the allergies go away.

how did it make your nose big? did it become a failo? i have the same issue.
 
a day or two of mouthbreathing won't be that bad. but ngl might be an immune system issue if you're flaring up every month

No I can’t sleep on side and wake up with nose stuffed it’s the stupid dust mites and I can’t open window it’s really cold.

Explain how to detoxify I have removed all vegetables and am strictly on meat and high quality carbs with milk and fruits what else do I do.

There’s your problem. You’re still eating carbohydrates.

Go 100% steak, eggs, and butter ONLY.
