I previously used to be at 11% 190cm 73kg but I've went on a "maintenance week" 
(pure cope btw, found this out by myself)
I'm now at 75-76 kg I think, it's not a lot of weight gain but it's too noticeable for me, time to finally get to 10%, for real this time.
For any fatcels on here, lose weight, trust me it's extremely rewarding and you'll get treated a lot better (depends on bones too but still). Good luck to every leanmaxxing dude on here
