Almond eyes : Orbital implants or Almond eye surgery?

If we want to fix round eyes (Upper and lower curved eyelids) do Infras + Supras achieve it?

I assume that getting lower Supras would make the eyes vertically shorter

Additional info : Infra and Supra orbital implants works to make eyes deep set (fixes the flaw of shallow set eyes)

but i would like to know if they also fix round eyes (i suppose it does since Infras and Supras are closer to each other, the eyes loses the curved upstairs and downstairs ,fixing rounded eyes)
