Almost all food causes me inflammation

yes you can. Most doctors dont give a fuck about one single patient so they just try to put you in their cookie cutters. Only you can cure yourself the best. The only problem one might encounter is lack of testing equipments. Also OP is a med student so he has a head start
Man I've been researching and reading so much about everything gut related from the past 1 year which poetically gave me a passionate career to specialize in gastroenterology once i finish med school jfl the only good thing about this shitshow

In my experience, diet wont make any difference but you do you
FODMAPs definitely cause me huge problems, especially manitol from garlic or onions, it absolutely wrecks me. Meat is the least irritating so it should help with everything

Wdym isn't good long term
A low-FODMAP improves digestive symptoms in adults with irritable bowel syndrome in several studies,[8][9][10][11] but its long-term use can have negative effects because it causes a detrimental impact on the gut microbiota and metabolome.[2][9][11][12] It should only be used for short periods of time and under the advice of a specialist.[27] More studies are needed to evaluate its effectiveness in children with irritable bowel syndrome.[8] There is only a little evidence of its effectiveness in treating functional symptoms in inflammatory bowel disease from small studies that are susceptible to bias.[28][29] More studies are needed to assess the true impact of this diet on health

Unironically just eat fermented meat tbh

Im one of the unluckiest people here. Diagnosed with: IBD, IBS, SIBO, SIFO, leaky gut. Literally insane, every possible illness of the bowels.

Currently i haven't eaten anything today cause food makes me tired, gives me brainfog, acne, very bad breath, yellow tounge, extreme farting, and watery foul stools.

Worst of all, IBS and SIBO are permanen, its over once you have these 2, and they are the bane of all my problems now

Im so mad at God right now that i deliberately want to starve myself and just end it, it will be a poetic and ironic way to go oat anyways
Look up Jordan Petersons daughters diet plan, and go for a wank while you're at it she's hot as shit

garlic and onions are antibiotics so when you eat them they destroy your gut flora. Not to mention they are a natural irritant especially in raw or undercooked form. They are absolutely toxic which is why it makes you cry if you cut them open.

How do you get your microbiota up with animal products?

eat it in raw form. cooking meat kills beneficial bacteria, you can also ferment meat or dairy products

unironically fast for a month and supplement with salt

Should i? Or is water fasting enough? Dry fasting does look very promising on the surface cause of your body burning cells just to makw metabolic water, but isn't it risky?
I doubt it's that risky if you do it for one or two days. Do some research before trying it tho

Problem is there is also harmful bacteria because of industrilization and because modern humans dont have immunity for it sadly.

But controlled fermenting sounds promising, any guides on it?

all depends where you live and where you get it from

Never eat raw meat from a supermarket. the plastic layer is heated when placed onto the meat during the vaccum seal process sometimes which leaches plastic into the meat causing food poisoning symptoms. (it technically is)
Always buy meat from a local butchery, its more expensive but absolutely worth it. You wont get sick if they have a decent food standard grade.

dude what he has nothing to do with the food all you can eat is the plainest of foods you get a flare up every 6 months or so shitting 20 times on the toilet you need to be on opiates to stop you shitting your guts out.

First day carnivore today.

Today i ate 400g beef, 150g tuna, 100g butter, 200g chicken.

I noticeably feel different now, its a wierd sensation, im ded srs it feels almost as good as amphetamine, like a calm alert joyful feeling, was randomly just laughing right now for no reason. Feeling slightly manic JFL.

But its only day 1 tho, could be placebo but we will see.

If this is why sv3rige says he feels high naturally and doesn't need drug then holy shit tbh

I had the same digestive issues symptoms and it was because I was eating a high carbohydrate diet with vegitables and cooked foods. The week I cut out all vegitables, ate raw meat 3x a week and only ate some very easy to digest carbohydrates (japanese short grain rice) it cleared up. He said himself that he tolerates raw meat so it must be similar to the intolerances I have.

what other choice is there? nuke yourself with random chemicals that would only reliever symptoms or give your body the time to repair

extended fasts like these are hard tho

Try to incorporate raw organic eggs into your diet. The first couple of times will result in you gagging but that is only because you have been trained to think raw eggs give salmonella. Its all in your head. After a couple of tries you start craving them and will eat 6 eggs at once with milk and cream in a large breakfast drink like I do.

Same with raw meat. Cut it up into little pieces and eat it with milk chaser. then work your way up to where you naturally start desiring it.

It happens very quickly. Within a week you will go from gagging to craving it. Its not the same mechanisms eating vegetables was as a child where it took months to force yourself to eat it.

I thought eggs can be inflammatory for many, so they should he limited at the first month?

Also i only got ground beef tbh, normal beef is way to expensive as a college student

egg whites (or egg clear in raw form) can be inflammatory yeah. Usually the egg yolk is perfectly digestible. Egg yolk has all the nutrients anyway so you dont need to eat egg clear (i dont since its texture is like eating snot or precum and I sometimes get irritation. Egg yolks have a nice texture though and I have perfect digestion with them)

Just make sure you get your stuff from a good source i cant stress it enough. Eggs might be ok supermarket wise but dont chance it with supermarket meats especially chicken.

Of course you should probably go to a specific forum for IBS coilitis stuff but considering I have digestive issues and it fixed mine it could help for you.

Yes ulcerative colitis. He won't get blocked intestines if he eats a lot of saturated fat and cholesterol. Blocked intestines usually comes from carbohydrates as it turns into a sludge/glue after passing to the inestines from the stomach (speaking from experience). Meat specifically raw meat hardly ever passes into the intestines' intact and is fully digested within 40 minutes or so. Eggs are digested even sooner because it is membrane.

Carnivore is the most effective diet for me, the least inflammatory one, but SIBO can get even worse from it cause of zero probiotics and prebiotics, causing worse dysbiosis.

Also tons of nutrients can't be found conventionally from a carnivore diet
no just do strict carnivore you will be fine
