many such cases. my palate failed to open with my mse won moon device, then i realize the screw placement was all female, bent, and wobbly. it's a spatial iq and had eye coordination/grip strength issue because you need to torque the screw down tightly and deeply. foids are afraid it'll go too deep and they can't tighten it down enough with their low strength. hopefully it opens, but you might need to get surgical intervention near the front of the alveolar where it's harder to split. female botchedness is an epidemic.
