I think it's because it brings me to clinical hypotension, I couldn't hydrate myself via oral route under Eplerenone effects unless saline IV intravenously at the hospital, becauze Eplerenone block the absorption with its half live for 6hours! But bit effects felt like 16 hours to me. To make thing worst I hangout with my mate who smoked weed and cigarettes simultaneously so I got exposed second handed Smoke also I had 1 whole chocolate bar by myself which is rich in Oxalate, which is known to trigger Histamine leading to mast cell activation in some people. These combination could lead to anaphylactic shock and passing out. I am lucky to still be alive with just pounding heartrate tbh.
