ALMOST DIED IN THE SHOWER GTFIH

I was like dehydrated i guess? I get into the shower, bathe with ultra hot water and i feel okay until the end.
I start feeling REALLY lightheaded and my vision starts going blurry and i can barely control my body in the shower, i feel nauseous and i felt like i was going to die.
I go out of the shower, and stand in front of the basin, it's FOGGY AS FUCK i can barely see anything and i still feel all these symptoms, worsening.
LIKE A FUCKING DOG I DRAKN WATER OUT OF THE TAP!!!!????!!!!

It still doesn't work, i had to come out half naked with my landlord prowling around (thank GOD he didnt see me) i came to my room i drank some water and i collapsed on my bed
I dont remember anything.
I wake up NOW AND I FEEL MY BEDSHEETS wet
