Almost died injecting test

First time injecting in deltoid. Research how to do it with the guide on this forum, 3 fingers from shoulder bone 3ml luer lock, 18g drawing needle, no air bubbles made sure, 25g injection syringe, I inject it then pull it out (felt weird) began feeling dizzy, sweating with chills hard of breath.
What have I done wrong?

it gets better bro, if you’ve checked and made sure you didn’t make a mistake and it still felt that way, its just the average feel from your first time take. try again and post an update
