I've been unwell for days and last night I had a fever of about 105F and couldnt open my eyes or move. I felt like someone was shoving icepicks behind my eyes and I started to hallucinate hearing ppl talking when they werent there.

I pulled myself off the couch and filled up a basin of cold water and sat with the back of my head and neck in the cold water for hours and it broke my temperature. I very nearly had to go to hospital
