Every character has very positive tilted eyebrows, which are visually touching or almost touching the eyes and in many times, somewhat roundish lower lids (except last two, who feature straighter lids). You almost never see a character with psychic powers having high set eyebrows, much less curved ones. Even the women (I think carrie had them too) have extremely low set positive tilted eyebrows, like Eleven. I'm not counting modern anime or american superhero comic book characters, since they always draw character faces the same way.

I really liked the design on tetsuo forehead and hairline shape, it emphasizes his psychokinetic nature without overdoing it.
