i didnt take much only 80mg but that was paired with phenibut, alcohol and caffeine. i didnt suffer anything serious, my blood pressure and heart rate was fluctuating hard and i just felt really bad so i went just in case

Even at 12% bodyfat like top 0.1 in males they aren't that useful unless you have a ridiculous off day or are on meds that make you hold water

exactly like they help yes especially eplerenone taken daily. but just going from 10% -> 15% lean made even doubling/tripling my diuretics dose useless (and expensive) in terms of looking as lean as before. only useful for those with poorly timed high carb diets and elevated estradiol otherwise you're better off losing those 5-8 lbs of fat
