Was just chilling in class and then i got a massive fucken heart palpitation and nearly goddamn fainted i was so scared it felt like my heart stopped beating for an eternity i thought my time was up but then it started beating normally again but i was very close to losing consciousness

To be fair I was breathing very shallowly but I never mouth breathe. I nose breathe while mewing 100% of the time.
