Yeah that's pure stupidity.
You take accutane for like 6 months and acne is gone in the overwhelming majority of cases. And that's for significant acne and cystic acne, for lesser forms you don't even need accutane - things like tretinoin cream, antibiotics and washing your face is enough, or just wait it out. One of the easiest things to fix.

Roping for this crap is like roping for having a few extra pounds of weight. Ridiculous.
