now, how can I permentaly leave? i'm considering of deleting my account and not using social media until I ascend (for about 2-3 years most likely) anything else?

The way I would do it would be first ascend, Go on trips, just enjoy life, reconnect yourself to it, have fun go out with friends, You will slowly forget about it make new friends find new people you love & you will just move on, just do ur best to not remember it, throw away the peptides after u used them etc

(or else u will finish like griffith when he found his behelit again)
