Ive been having a fucking agressive cut like 1k cal a day or even starve most days while doing thid workout routine

Also i have been doing 1h cardio extra everyday with 15 incline and 4.5 speed.
Im starting to like my body with clothes on they fit nice
Also i discovered that i have Anterior Pelvic Tilt and im trying to fix it which has been working out for me
