I've been in lookism and incel communities for 2 years now (brutal rotterpill) and got to know a large number of incels more closely. Especially through discord communities you get to know people here a bit more personal since you hear them speak, know what jokes they make, etc. The conclusion?
Almost nobody here has real autism or is meaningfully socially crippled.
The average incel knows how to have cool laid-back social interactions and doesn't have weird hobbies/interests apart from spending too much time on the internet. I have had lot of funny, interesting interactions and I have no doubt that IRL they would have no trouble managing social interactions and friends.
In fact, I have met up IRL with a dutch incel before and went clubbing with him to try and slay some sloots. He was lower inhib and cooler to hangout with than the average person at my school or uni.
Point I am trying to make is that 'just be NT' is a joke because most people here are 'NT'. They wouldn't stand out at all in a normie social circle.
There's other reasons why they seemingly cannot find the social interaction/validation that they are trying to find in life. No it's not all looks, but it's also not 'just be NT'.
