Almost three weeks after retinoid burn and skin still red

I've stopped using tret as soon as I got a pretty bad burn.

Now the irritation, flaking, and burning has stopped and I don't feel pain anymore but there is still redness right beneath my eyes since.

It has been somewhat fading

Anyone else experience this ?

I fear it might have triggered rosacea or smth

If it's noticeably fading between 4-6 it should be fine but if 6 have gone by with no improvement it's worth a derm check-up tbh
