Men don't follow dual mating strategy because dual mating strategy only exists because of batemans principle and evolutionary instensification of sexual attraction over other qualities. That is the only way they can get chad and it is worth it to them because of the intensity of sexual attraction over other qualities. When chad stops being shared/slaying then they are fucked and have to settle for "low value"/unattractive men since there are less chads than women, and other qualities start becoming more important than their sexual attractiveness since it is so low at this level.
