should i start taking alpha-gpc and noopept. idk anymore half the people are saying its a placebo another half swear by it. If yall think it wont really help me, what should i start? I am in germany. I am not looking for shit that are classified in the same class at heroin lol and thats gonna /3 my lifespan. I am a math major so I gotta do math 4+ hours a day and after 2-3 hours I just cant function and cant focus.
