Same,thats what I keep saying also,not the mental illness part ,because exercise is healthy, but the oversaturted Gym culture on Social Media in general.It just seems redundant trying to gymmaxx anymore these days because basically everyone is doing it and when everyone starts doing something it becomes cringe.

I still exercise at home doing calisthenics to just keep in shape,but that Sigma Gym grind shit has just become really toxic to me.
