He promotes all that is bad for a male organism. Veganism, unconventional lifts, dirty bulking, literally stuff that can put your health in danger. pslers be laughing it him but severely underestimate the power he has.

I legit used to watch his videos for a while when he was talking about nucleus overload and neck training

It actually worked, but looking back i made a fool of myself training neck in a public gym and all i got from it were compliments from some men
