What should my goal per week be?Likely just water weight, but if it is actual loss in body fat than its only half a pound because every fat loss always starts with flushing out all the water retention in your body.

Since your 20%+ body fat you are at less risk of losing muscle mass during a fast cut so aim to lose 2lbs of fat a week, and once you get below 20% is when you slow down the cut to losing only 1lb a week and if below 15% bf slow down to half a lb a week since your metabolic rate is very slow below 15% while chronic/long term cutting.What should my goal per week be?
