I had two infected bottom wisdom teeth for years and put it off. Walked around with swollen lymph nodes and actually had a needle aspiration biopsy on one and they were all from putting off wisdom teeth removal.

If your mouth is not incel tier you wont have any problems with your wisdom tooth, if you do then you either practiced mouthbreeding, have shit genes or both.
I didn't have them removed but they did crowd my teeth and miss-aligned a couple of teeth less than 1 mm. If i had kept retainers i wouldn't have had any problems at all.
