altering eyebrow tilt

I have a nct and negativity tilted eyebrows and this combo is making my nct more exaggerated even though its only tilted about -1 degrees

would appreciate it if someone can help change the tilt of eyebrows for now and then after I can get them threaded or done by a professional when I get money
