I don't have to lose weight, but I want to do IF for other benefits I heard of, such as less inflammation and more energy. Does it work or is it bs?
 
Fasting is legit but unfortunately I get mega insomnia if I go to bed hungry
 
Ultimately, the best program is the one that you feel you can stick with in the long-term.
